Viral Recs Meme: Buffy and Angel Fandoms

Thank you to [livejournal.com profile] redwolfoz for reccing me! (And for reading all my stories, even the ones in fandoms she hates. :P)

[livejournal.com profile] nashmaveric's Viral Recs Meme: I'll rec three writers, pointing out two of their stories that I love. These three writers will copy/paste the list to their journal and add three more. Kinda like a pay-it-forward thing. Recs cannot be repeated so each new person must read the list and make sure they don't rec a writer that's on it. Making sense so far? By the end of this there should be like a million billion recs!
Be sure to check out the entire list that [livejournal.com profile] mpoetess put together of past recs first!

1. [livejournal.com profile] honorh: I first fell in love with her Highlander stories, but love her Buffy fic too. Her post-Gift Dawn (and Spike) with the Fang Gang, Ties That Bind and it's two prequels, always touch me right in the heart. Her AU fic, Tara Incognita, is brilliant if only because of her characterization of Wishverse-Tara... not that this story doesn't have a lot more going for it, because it certainly does. All of her stories are GEN.

2. [livejournal.com profile] tomywca: Well known in the Knight Rider fandom as one of the best authors on the net, she's also a superb Buffy writer. I am eagerly awaiting the next chapters of her epic B/A AU-fic, Scourge of Duty!

3. Had a hard time choosing a third who hadn't already been mentioned, but in a surprising oversight managed to pull it off with [livejournal.com profile] itsabigrock. Can't figure out why she hasn't been recced before, since Tania writes some really hot Angel/Spike slash. She's also the webmistress of The Adventures of Captain Peroxide and Deadboy, the A/S zone of the BTVS Writer's Guild.

Now I suppose the next step is to let these three authors know they've been recced so they can carry on the meme tradition. (After I get home from work, the Evil Time-Sucking Blackhole of my non-life these days. ::sigh:)
