Sam is totally the Flying Fandom Monster -- and he'd probably get a kick out of it if we told him so, too! (Not that I will, cause I'm chickenshit, but I'm just sayin'... :P)

I have not yet read the American Turchwad series, although I have sort of been following its progress in his personal journal. There's a lot of overlap between the two, as he posts notices and discusses his fiction in copperbadge, then just posts the fics themselves on sam_storyteller. I haven't seen more than a few scenes (not even a full episode) of Torchwood yet, so I've been holding off an reading the fics lest I get dragged into a new fandom. But I'll probably cave at some point, I'm sure...
